Stem website redesign
Stem, a darling plant shop in Rochester, NY, faced a unique challenge: experienced plant lovers felt right at home in the store. At the same time, newcomers often needed to be more comfortable asking for help. Our mission was to redesign Stem's digital storefront to create a welcoming and informative space for seasoned plant enthusiasts and novices. With this design concept, we aim to foster an online community where everyone feels confident in their plant journey. The new site is in development but not live to the public.
Challenges

These individuals typically didn't seek assistance and weren't open to exploring all the products and services Stem provided. They were active but begrudged rising plant costs and were not loyal to Stem as a brand.
